1. Who We Are

LinkedVue is a product of Panoptic Analytics Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at hello@linkedvue.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate LinkedVue:

• Email address — for LinkedVue, used for passwordless magic-link login. For LV Connect, your signed-in Google account email is read via the Chrome identity API and sent once to our backend to register your installation (for account-linked usage tracking). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• LinkedIn profile data — profile URLs, names, headlines, companies, and locations of prospects you choose to save. This data is entered or read by you from LinkedIn pages you visit.
• Outreach records — message templates you create, sequence progress (which messages have been sent), notes, and ICP settings you configure.
• Usage metadata — timestamps of actions (e.g. when a message was marked sent) used to power the dashboard and follow-up queue.
• AI generation inputs — when you use the AI message feature, the LinkedIn profile text you provide and your ICP settings are sent to our AI provider (Groq) to generate a message. This text is not stored by Groq beyond the API call.
• Feed preferences & captured posts (stored only in your browser) — your feed-filter choices, keyword-capture keywords, the auto-connect queue and daily-limit settings, and any LinkedIn post/profile URLs saved by the keyword-capture feature are stored locally in the extension (chrome.storage.local). This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or LinkedIn credentials. The keyword-capture feature reads the visible text of posts you scroll past only to match the keywords you set; it saves the resulting URLs locally and does not transmit post content to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To sync your saved profiles and templates across devices
• To generate AI-personalised outreach messages on your request
• To power your dashboard, follow-up queue, and ICP scoring
• To send LinkedIn connection requests on your behalf, at the daily limit and randomized pace you configure (auto-connect)
• To hide selected post types (video, image, promoted) from your LinkedIn feed and search results, when you enable the feed filter
• To capture posts matching keywords you set and store the results locally for you to copy
• To enforce fair usage limits (e.g. AI credits, profile caps per plan)

We do not use your data to train AI models, serve advertisements, or build profiles for third-party use.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Session tokens are stored locally in your browser via the Chrome extension's local storage and never exposed to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@linkedvue.com.

5. Third-Party Services

LinkedVue uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Workers & D1 — backend infrastructure and database hosting
• Groq — AI inference API used to generate outreach messages. Profile text is sent to Groq only when you explicitly click "Generate Message". Groq's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
• Google Fonts — loaded on the marketing homepage for typography

We do not share your data with any other third parties, including advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.

6. LinkedIn Data & Actions

The extension reads publicly visible LinkedIn information from pages you have open. Depending on the product and the features you enable, it can also act on LinkedIn on your behalf:

• Auto-connect (LinkedVue and LV Connect) — sends connection requests from a list of profile URLs you provide, at the daily limit and randomized pace you set. It runs only after you press start.
• Feed filter — hides selected post types (video, image, promoted) from your LinkedIn feed and post-search results, within your browser only.
• Keyword capture — reads the visible text of posts you scroll past to save those matching your keywords, storing the URLs locally.

These actions run only when you enable them and only on LinkedIn pages you have open. The extension does not scrape LinkedIn in the background or collect data from pages you are not viewing. Automating activity on LinkedIn may be subject to LinkedIn's terms of service; you are responsible for how you use these features, and we recommend conservative daily limits.

LinkedVue and LV Connect are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@linkedvue.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

LinkedVue is intended for professional use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of LinkedVue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
